Alawi Islamic Social Centre had the pleasure of attending Victoria Arabic Social Services AGM on Tuesday, 19 November 2024 celebrating Leila Allouch & VASS team on another successful year. We also had the honour of meeting Sofia Mastoris, former president Mary Lailos Vice President from Hellenic Women’s Federation of Victoria. Alawi Islamic Social Centre attended Victoria Arabic Social Service (VASS) annual General Meeting. VASS is a key service provider supporting Arabic and Middle-Eastern communities across Victoria and has been an integral part of our journey assisting the Muslim Alawite Community.
On 12 November 2024, Alawi Islamic Social Centre (AISC), together with Victoria Arabic Social Services (VASS), worked to build bridges between different religious groups in the Arab community. We embraced our authentic differences in faith and united together with the same values. It is our duty to help build bridges between all communities, promoting peace, unity, and harmony.
